Exchanges / Swaps 

If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your purchase for another item from VAL HiFi you can do so, however it will be subject to a deliver and collection charge of £15.00.

Returns 

Not happy with what you’ve bought? Just send it back to us within 14 days for a full refund, no questions asked. Just please make sure that it meets the below criteria e.g. receipt and packaging etc.

Returns costs are however at your expense. If you would like us to arrange a collection at your cost however benefitting from our low negotiated shipping charges please contact Us.

Orders returned will not be refunded if they are without:

  • A receipt or an Order
  • Confirmation Email
  • Their original box
  • Their original packing
  • Their accessories
  • Or are deemed to be in an unsellable condition
     

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts we will offer a full refund or replacement within 10 working days. Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will also include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Any refunds or exchanges given will be at our discretion pending a review of the returned goods.

If it is decided that you are not eligible for a refund or exchange, you will be notified by email to collect your goods from VAL HiFi  or arrange for your goods to be returned to you at an additional cost.

Should you fail to make these arrangements within 3 months from the date you are notified, we have the right to refuse a refund or exchange and resell your goods to recover our costs.
